Mopani TVET College: Graduate Internship Opportunities 2026

Mopani Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) College is inviting suitably qualified graduates to apply for its 2026 Graduate Internship Programme. The internship opportunities are available at the Corporate Centre, Phalaborwa Campus in Phalaborwa Town, as well as the Sir Val Duncan Campus in Namakgale. This programme provides unemployed graduates with an opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience over a fixed period while developing practical skills relevant to their qualifications.
The internship programme is designed to support graduates who have completed National Diploma qualifications in selected fields. Successful candidates will be placed in different departments where they will receive practical exposure, mentorship, and hands-on experience in a professional working environment. The internships are offered for a period of 24 months.

The following are the requirements for internship:
1. Asset Management Officer x2
Post: Asset Management Officer x2
Duration: 24 Months
Requirements: Grade 12/Level 4, National Diploma (NQF Level 06) in Supply Chain, Asset Management or Logistics Management.
2. Sport Promotion Officer x1
Post: Sport Promotion Officer x1
Duration: 24 Months
Requirements: Grade 12/Level 4, National Diploma (NQF Level 06) in Sport or Recreation.
3. Marketing Officer x1
Post: Marketing Officer x1
Duration: 24 Months
Requirements: Grade 12/Level 4, National N Diploma (NQF Level 06) in Marketing Management.
4. Office Administration x1
Post: Office Administration x1
Duration: 24 Months
Requirements: Grade 12/Level 4, National N Diploma (NQF Level 06) in Management Assistant.
Internship Duration
All internship positions are offered on a fixed-term basis for 24 months. During this period, successful candidates will receive practical workplace exposure aligned with their academic qualifications. The programme aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical employment experience by allowing graduates to work under experienced professionals.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants interested in the Mopani TVET College Graduate Internship Programme must satisfy the minimum requirements specified for each position.
General requirements include:
- Grade 12 or Level 4 qualification.
- Relevant National Diploma or National N Diploma (NQF Level 06) as specified for each position.
- Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years.
