About the Language Services Division

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications and experience requirements before submitting an application.

  • Grade 12 or NQF Level 4.
  • A three-year Bachelor’s Degree with a major in the relevant language, or
  • A three-year National Diploma with a major in the relevant language, or
  • A National Diploma in Language Practice with relevant language majors.
  • At least two years of relevant working experience.
  • Qualification transcripts submitted together with qualification certificates.
