TEFLA Group Internship Programme 2026 (12-Month Contract)

The TEFLA Group, in partnership with the Construction Education and Training Authority (CETA), invites applications from suitably qualified graduates for a 12-month internship programme in construction-related fields. The programme is designed to provide structured workplace exposure, practical technical experience, and industry-relevant skills development aligned with infrastructure and built-environment professions across South Africa.
This internship opportunity supports graduates seeking experiential learning required for career entry into engineering, surveying, construction management, landscaping architecture, and quantity surveying disciplines. Minimum Requirements

- Certified copy of South African ID (not older than 3 months)
- Certified copies of academic qualifications
- Qualification aligned with one of the listed internship fields
- Must not have previously participated in a government-funded internship programme
- Must clearly indicate field of study and preferred location in the application
