Internship: Registry (x1)
Job Purpose

To render records management, postal and courier services.

Key Functions
  • Receiving documents for filing, safe custody and opening of files according to the QCTO approved file plan
  • Ensure staff members allocate correct reference numbers to submissions according to the approved file plan
  • Creation of new files on Enterprise Content Management
  • Uploading/scanning of new records to the Enterprise Content Management as received from various units
  • Assist users with retrieval of files from Enterprise Content Management
  • Identify records due for disposal and draft submission for approval
  • Listing of records for destruction and executing the destruction process
  • Receiving, sorting and recording incoming mail and courier parcels
  • Recording and dispatching outgoing courier parcels/documents

Internship: Finance (x1)
Job Purpose

Assist in rendering asset management clerical tasks.

Key Functions
  • Update and maintain asset register
  • Identify and administer redundant, non-serviceable and obsolete movable assets for disposal
  • Assist in ensuring asset movement forms are completed
  • Assist in conducting stocktakes, inspections and disposals

Internship: Quality Assurance (x3)
Job Purpose

Provide administrative support within the Quality Assurance unit.

Key Functions
  • Evaluate accreditation applications for occupational qualifications and skills programmes
  • Conduct desktop reviews and determine compliance readiness
  • Coordinate and conduct accreditation site visits
  • Prepare accreditation reports and recommendations
  • Maintain updated accreditation records and validity periods
  • Implement monitoring visits
  • Assess compliance with curriculum, facilities, staffing and assessment requirements
  • Compile monitoring reports and track corrective actions

Provide administrative and operational support to the Assessment Domain in implementing, monitoring and assuring assessment processes.

  • Capture and file assessment documentation (EISA/FISA)

  • Maintain accurate records
  • Assist with QP EISA readiness activities
  • Support post-EISA activities
  • Check learner achievements submissions
