2026 Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme

Introduction
Bophelong Construction invites students to apply for the 2026 Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme. Successful candidates will be placed as Procurement Learners or Receptionist Learners, where they will gain practical workplace experience and valuable knowledge from skilled professionals at our Head Office.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be a student requiring WIL or in-service training to complete a qualification.
  • Must have completed relevant N4–N6 theoretical components (for NATED programmes).
  • Must provide a letter from a TVET college or university confirming WIL/in-service training requirement.
  • Willing to work in a practical, fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum academic average of 60% or above.
