ECPTA: Financial Management N6 WIL Placement

Eastern Cape Parks and Tourism Agency (ECPTA) invites applications from suitably qualified Financial Management N6 students who have completed all theoretical modules and require Workplace Integrated Learning (WIL) to obtain a National Diploma in Financial Management. The eighteen (18) month WIL programme provides practical, hands-on workplace exposure in a professional environment, enabling participants to apply theoretical knowledge while developing essential financial and administrative competencies.

The programme is intended for students who are fully funded by a SETA or other sponsor and have not yet secured a WIL placement. Successful applicants will gain valuable industry experience aligned with public sector financial management practices and requirements.

Duration: Eighteen (18) months contract
Location: Eastern Cape, South Africa

The purpose of this advertisement is to invite applications from students who have successfully completed Financial Management N6 and are fully funded by a SETA or other sponsor, but have not yet secured a Work Integrated Learning (WIL) placement.

The eighteen (18) month WIL programme is designed to provide graduates with practical, hands-on workplace experience, enabling them to apply theoretical knowledge, develop essential financial and administrative skills, and meet the requirements for obtaining a National Diploma in Financial Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must have completed all theoretical modules, with practical training (WIL) outstanding
  • Must have obtained an N6 Certificate in Financial Management
  • Certified copy of ID (not older than 6 months)
  • Letter from the University/TVET College requesting WIL placement (on official institution letterhead)
  • Academic record
  • Detailed CV
  • Own funding (ECPTA does not offer a stipend) – a letter confirming funding must be provided
