Armscor invites South African graduates to apply for the 2026 Talent and Development Programme (TDP), a 24-month fixed–term contract designed to provide valuable workplace exposure and skills development. Graduates with qualifications in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Geoinformatics, Geospatial studies, Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, Software Engineering, or Development are encouraged to register in the programme database.

This opportunity offers structured on-the-job training with no prior experience required, along with a market-related monthly stipend based on qualification level. Applicants must be South African citizens, not older than 35 years, willing to relocate, and have a clear criminal record.   • Dipl / BSc Computer Science / Information / AI / Software Engineering / Development
PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME

The programme is designed to provide educational and workplace exposure activities aimed at improving job performance. Graduates will gain practical knowledge and skills that will assist them in preparing for the work environment.

CRITERIA OF APPLICANTS
