Purpose of the Job:
To support and equip graduates with practical work experience within the INSETA Finance Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finance administration support (Creditors, Debtors, Cashbook, Projects & Job Costing)
- Finance records management
- General finance administration
- Capital and operational budget administration
- Liability administration
- Preparation of reconciliations
- Capturing and updating financial data
- Processing invoices and preparing payments
- Updating invoice trackers
- Supporting implementation of financial management reforms in line with PFMA
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- NQF Level 6 Diploma or NQF Level 7 Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- No experience required
Intern x1 – Risk Management

Purpose of the Job:
To provide administrative support to the Risk Management Unit through risk, compliance, and fraud prevention frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with reviewing policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and update risk registers
- Monitor risk mitigation strategies
- Liaise with internal stakeholders during risk assessments
- Research emerging risks and compliance requirements
- Support risk, compliance, and fraud awareness campaigns
- Provide general administrative support to the Risk Management Division
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- National Diploma (NQF 6) or Degree (NQF 7) in:
Risk Management / Insurance & Risk Management / Compliance / Risk & Compliance - No experience required
Skills:
- Good written and verbal communication
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Intern x2 – Human Resources Management

To provide HR administrative support across the HR value chain and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.

- Recruitment and selection administration
- Employee onboarding and off-boarding support
- HR records management and filing
- Training and skills development support
- Performance management administration
- Employee relations support
- HR governance and policy support
- Wellness and employee wellbeing coordination
- General HR administrative support
Requirements:

Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology / Labour Relations / Training & Development - No experience required
