Call Centre Learnership Programme – Clover South Africa

Clover SA invites unemployed youth to apply for the Learner: CSC (Call Centre Learnership) opportunity based in Roodepoort, Gauteng. Successful applicants will be placed at Clover’s Call Centre in Constantia Park and will also attend structured classes as part of the learnership programme. This opportunity allows participants to gain practical call centre experience while working toward a recognised NQF qualification in a professional, world-class customer service environment. Applicants from the West Rand and surrounding areas will be at an advantage, and persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
The learnership is open to candidates who have completed Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification within the past five years (2021–2025), with a minimum average of 55% in English and Maths or Maths Literacy. Applicants must be currently unemployed, computer literate, and must not have participated in a learnership before. Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, capturing customer orders accurately, promoting Clover products, and working collaboratively within a team to deliver excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries and complaints through relevant stakeholders
- Capture and confirm customer orders accurately and on time
- Inform customers when accounts are on hold
- Confirm orders according to standard operating procedures
- Communicate order-related issues to relevant departments
- Sell Clover and Principal products according to customer ranges
- Promote and offer new or additional products, including features and promotions
- Encourage teamwork and cooperation
- Assist team members to achieve shared goals
