The graduate opportunities are available in Tzaneen (Limpopo), Johannesburg (Gauteng), and Howick (KwaZulu-Natal), with placements across fields such as engineering, agriculture, biotechnology, supply chain, finance, communications, health and safety, and social work. Applicants must be South African citizens with relevant qualifications and be under the age of 35. Purpose of the Role

Westfalia Fruit is seeking young, talented, innovative, motivated, and ambitious graduates to join the 2026 Accelerated Graduate Programme (AGP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a structured graduate development programme with rotational exposure
  • Apply academic knowledge to practical, real-world business operations
  • Support daily operational, technical, or administrative activities within the assigned discipline
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Participate in training, mentoring, and development interventions
  • Prepare progress reports and project updates as required
Qualification Requirements

Applicants must hold a BSc, BEng, BEng Tech, BCom, BTech, or equivalent Degree in one of the following fields (or related disciplines):

Minimum Requirements
  • South African citizen
  • Completed qualification in one of the listed disciplines
  • Applicants must not be older than 35 years
