The Department of Public Works & Infrastructure (DPWI) invites unemployed South African youth with an N6 qualification to apply for the Artisan Development Apprenticeship Programme. This opportunity is available in four key fields: Electrical Engineering, Plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), and Diesel Mechanic. The programme runs for 36 months and offers a stipend of R79,911 per annum. Applicants must be 35 years or younger and must not have previously participated in an internship or contract position within either the public or private sector.
