NPA: Internship Programme 2026/2028

The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) invites unemployed South African learners and university graduates to apply for a 24-month TVET placement and internship programme running from 2026 to 2028. Eligible candidates include those currently studying towards a TVET College qualification requiring work experience or individuals holding a qualification from a university or university of technology. This once-off opportunity targets applicants with no prior participation in the programme, and people with disabilities receive encouragement to apply. The application deadline stands extended to 17 November 2025.
Two internship positions remain available in Kimberley: Intern: Finance (Ref No: KIMFIN, X1 Post) requiring a National Senior Certificate (Matric) and N6 in Finance or relevant qualification, and Intern: Human Resources (Ref No: KIMHRM, X1 Post) requiring a National Senior Certificate (Matric) and N6 Certificate in Human Resource Management or relevant qualification. Both positions offer a monthly stipend of R6 659.25. Generic requirements:
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must have no criminal conviction(s) or case pending
- Learners must be unemployed and never have participated in the programme

Note: Applicants must submit applications on the most recent Z83 form, which can be obtained on the website of any Public Service Department or on the DPSA website link: https://www.dpsa.gov.za The Z83 must be accompanied by a comprehensive CV.
Failure to submit applications in the prescribed manner, will result in your application being disqualified.
