Victor Thebe Sifora Provincial Bursary Applications – 2026

The Office of the Premier, in partnership with various provincial departments, invites eligible and motivated young people who are permanent residents of the North West Province to apply for the Victor Thebe Sifora Provincial Bursary for the 2026 academic year.
This bursary aims to support deserving students who wish to pursue full-time studies at public higher education institutions across South Africa. Priority will be given to applicants who demonstrate academic excellence, financial need, and a strong commitment to contributing positively to the province’s social and economic development.
Through this bursary programme, the North West Provincial Government seeks to empower youth by investing in education across a wide range of disciplines — from engineering and health sciences to agriculture, education, public administration, and the arts.
All prospective students are encouraged to seize this opportunity to further their studies and build a brighter future for themselves and their communities. Applications must be submitted online via the official bursary portal by 20 November 2025.

HOW TO APPLY
