BURSARY OPPORTUNITY FOR 2026 ACADEMIC YEAR

Magalies Water, as part of its youth development initiative, invites young South Africans (aged 18 to 35 years) who are eligible to study at any accredited and registered South African institution of higher learning to apply for bursaries in the following fields of study:

  • N4-N6 / Diploma (NQF6) / B Degree: Civil Engineering (2)
  • Diploma (NQF6) / Advanced Diploma: Water Care (2)
  • Diploma (NQF6) / B Degree: Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry (2)
  • Diploma (NQF6) / B Degree: Biotechnology / Microbiology (2)
  • B Degree: Financial Accounting (2)
Selection Criteria

Preference will be given to:

  • Previously disadvantaged individuals
  • People with disabilities and females
  • South African citizens
Required Documents

  • ID document
  • Grade 11 and Matric results (if currently in Matric)
  • Matric certificate (if Matric is completed)
  • Latest academic transcript or record on official letterhead or logo (if currently at a tertiary institution)
  • Provisional acceptance letter from the university
