BMW Group South Africa invites motivated and talented graduates to apply for the 2026 Graduate Programme. This programme targets graduates who will complete their studies by the end of 2025 or those who graduated within the last 18 months and are currently seeking employment. Positions are available across Gauteng at three locations: National Sales Company (Midrand, Johannesburg), IT Hub (Menlyn, Pretoria), and Plant/Vehicle Distribution Centre (Rosslyn, Pretoria).

BMW Group South Africa Graduate Programme 2026

  • Position: Graduate Trainee (various career streams including Finance, Accounting, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, and more, depending on location)
  • Duration: 24 months
  • Location: Gauteng (Midrand/Johannesburg, Menlyn/Pretoria, or Rosslyn/Pretoria)
  • Closing Date: 21 October 2025
