Main Objectives
Contact Centre Trainee
The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience through articulate and friendly communication.
Autoglass Trainee
The position requires installing, repairing, and replacing automotive glass on various vehicles. Candidates must demonstrate technical expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
Customer Service Consultant
This role involves managing the front desk of a Fitment Centre, providing professional operational support and general business consultation to customers and staff. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with corporate identity, operating standards, and business processes. The consultant will process and administer internal sales according to standard business practices and take on a guiding and leadership role in the absence of the Fitment Centre Manager.
Human Resources & Finance Trainee
This position supports HR and Finance teams with administrative and operational tasks, contributing to the efficient functioning of these departments.
