Customer Service Internship (12-Month Contract)

Principal Accountabilities

  • Respond efficiently to inbound calls and process orders to meet customer needs
  • Answer calls courteously, adhering to set standards to resolve queries
  • Promote products to customers after receiving product training
  • Follow up with internal teams on customer queries and communicate progress
  • Provide requested documentation (e.g., backorder reports, proof of deliveries, price lists)

  • Conduct data analysis and generate post-campaign performance reports

  • Support data strategy implementation through data clean-up and platform transfers
