Customer Service Internship (12-Month Contract)

Principal Accountabilities
- Respond efficiently to inbound calls and process orders to meet customer needs
- Answer calls courteously, adhering to set standards to resolve queries
- Promote products to customers after receiving product training
- Follow up with internal teams on customer queries and communicate progress
- Provide requested documentation (e.g., backorder reports, proof of deliveries, price lists)

Principal Accountabilities
- Conduct data analysis and generate post-campaign performance reports

- Assist with A/B testing setup and basic analysis

- Support data strategy implementation through data clean-up and platform transfers
