Minimum Requirements:

  • South African citizen, aged 18–35.
  • Currently unemployed and eager to gain meaningful work experience.
  • Not a full-time student and have not previously participated in the YES Programme.
  • Matric certificate (additional qualifications in Finance, HR, Legal, Logistics, Quality Management, Food Science & Technology, Sales, Operations Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Transport Management are a bonus).
  • A go-getter attitude—adaptable, eager to learn, and a collaborative team player.
  • Bring grit, passion, and a strong work ethic to thrive in the foodservice sector.
  • Commitment to completing the full 12-month YES4Youth Programme.
