Transnet: Young Professional-in-Training 2025/2027
The Transnet Corporate Centre and Academy is inviting unemployed youth graduates to apply for the Young Professional-in-Training (YPT) program, which lasts for 24 months. - Position: Young Professional-in-Training Positions
- Duration: 24-month programme.
- Purpose: Provide workplace experience through shadowing, learning experiences, meetings, workshops, and project tasks.
Outputs:
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand needs and provide updates.
- Address queries promptly.
- Provide administrative, research, and project support.
- Produce quality deliverables (e.g., reports in MS Word/PowerPoint).
- Work collaboratively and independently under mentorship.
Competencies:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Teamwork, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
