Programme Overview

Sasol is proud to invite applications from people living with disabilities for our 12-month Administration Learnership Programme based in Secunda, South Africa. This structured programme combines theoretical learning aligned with a higher learning qualification and hands-on, practical work experience to equip entry-level learners with essential professional skills and workplace readiness.

The learnership is designed to enhance skills in literacy, numeracy, communication, computer proficiency, and basic business principles, preparing participants for a successful career in administration. During the practical component, learners will provide administrative support to improve the efficiency of managers and departments, gaining valuable on-the-job experience.

Formal Education:

  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
