About the Programme:

iMas Insurance Brokers invites applications from unemployed individuals from previously disadvantaged groups to join their Long-Term Insurance Learnership Programme. This opportunity aims to develop skills through theoretical and on-the-job training, leading to an NQF Level 4 qualification in Insurance

What You’ll Gain:

Key Focus Areas:
  • Basic research and data evaluation in insurance

Minimum Requirements:
  • Grade 12 with Mathematics and/or Accounting
  • Currently unemployed and not studying
  • Immediate availability to start on 1 September 2025

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Customer service orientation and attention to detail
  • Time management, self-motivation, and integrity
  • Ability to work under pressure, with selling and negotiation capabilities
