Stipend: R9, 306.18 per month

Duration: Two year programme

Internship Opportunity: Learning Programmes Operations

Minimum Requirements

  • A grade 12 or Matric certificate.
  • National Diploma preferably in the Human Resources Development/Management, Public Administration/Management/ Training at NQF Level 6
  • A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent (NQF Level 7 qualification in the above-mentioned fields) will be an added advantage.

Internship Opportunity: Strategic Planning

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in the Human Resources Management/ Development /Administration/ Public Governance/ Administration/Management at NQF 7.
  • Honours Degree or Postgraduate degree in the Human Resources Management/ Development /Administration/ Public Governance/ Administration/Management at NQF 8 will be an added advantage.

Internship Opportunity: Stakeholder Relations

Minimum Requirements

  • A National Senior Certificate (NSC) or National Certificate: Vocational (NCV) (NQF 4)
  • A National Diploma (NQF 6) preferably in Human Resources Development/Human Resources Management/ Business Administration/Social Science/ Public Relations/Communication or equivalent.
  • A Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in the above-mentioned field or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Internship Opportunity: Risk and Compliance

Minimum Requirements

  • A grade 12 or matric certificate
  • Minimum: Postgraduate Diploma / Honours Degree or equivalent at NQF level 8, preferred in Risk Management, Auditing, Accounting, Business Management/Administration, Public Management or Commerce

Internship Opportunity: Office of the CEO

Minimum Requirements

  • A grade 12 or matric certificate
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field or an equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification in above-mentioned fields.
  • A postgraduate Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field or an equivalent NQF Level 8 qualification in above-mentioned fields.
  • A master’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field or an equivalent NQF Level 9 qualification in above-mentioned fields will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment and technology.

Internship Opportunity: Monitoring and Evaluation

Minimum Requirements

  • A grade 12 or matric certificate
  • Minimum: Postgraduate Diploma / Honours Degree or equivalent at NQF level 8, preferred in Monitoring & Evaluation, Auditing, Accounting, Business Management/Administration, Public Management or Commerce

Internship Opportunity: Business Analytics

Required Qualifications:

  • A grade 12 or Matric certificate
  • Minimum: Honours or Master’s Degree in one of the following:
    • Knowledge Management
    • Information Systems / Informatics
    • Records or Library and Information Science
    • Digital Media or Communication
    • Data Analytics / Business Intelligence
    • or related disciplines

Internship Opportunity: Facilities and Office Management

Minimum Requirements

  • A grade 12 or matric certificate
  • National Diploma or equivalent at a NQF 6 level in Facilities Management, Office Management, Business Administration, Administration, Public Management/ Public Administration or equivalent.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification in above-mentioned fields will be an added advantage.
