Join our fast-paced and dynamic Talent & Culture Department, where you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and acting as a liaison for our restaurant teams. What You’ll Be Cooking Up:
Administrative Duties
- Process terminations and update tracker sheets.
- Manage GEM and SSAM portals.
- Handle Talent & Culture queries.
- Complete and submit ISM forms.
- Capture Stat- and IOD leave.
Onboarding
- Conduct background checks.
- Verify onboarding packs.
- Capture new employee information on PaySpace.
Recruitment & Development
- Draft offers and contracts.
- Liaise with departments for external appointments.
- Manage the Assessment and Development process.
Benefits Administration
- Administer provident fund data.
- Process withdrawal and retirement claims.
- Handle benefit-related documents and queries.
The Vault (Online Learning System)
- Record keeping and follow-up on e-learning courses.
- Generate analytics reports.
- Provide technical support.
Certification Management
- Check completion of e-learning courses.
- Complete internal certification process.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Grade 12 or equivalent, with HR Administration/Management qualification.
