Duration: 3 year contract

Location: Big Bend, Eswatini

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for entry into our 3-year Manager-in-Training Programmes in the following trades:

  • Manager-In-Training – Mechanical Engineering
  • Manager-In-Training – Civil Engineering
  • Manager-In-Training – Business Improvement

The Positions

These are developmental positions towards the full level of being eligible for appointment to management positions in the Company. The candidates will embark on a formalised training Programme that will include off-site and on-the-job training. The candidate must further promote and adhere to Company policies, procedures and guidelines.

Entry Requirements

  • MIT Mechanical Engineering – Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • MIT Civil Engineering – Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • MIT Business Improvement – Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Data Science/Data
    Analytics & Engineering/Computational & Applied Mathematics.
  • Be computer literate (Excel, Power Point and MS Word).
  • Matured and willing to learn – not older than 35 years old.
  • Planning and organizing skills.
  • LiSwati Citizen.
