Rainbow Chicken is offering a 12-month internship program for unemployed youth and third-year students in South Africa, encouraging them to apply and gain valuable experience in the process.
Position: Internship Programme
Duration: 12 months contract
Location: Worcester, Rustenburg
Closing Date: 17 March 2025
The Rainbow Internship Programme will take place over a 12-month period, giving third-year students the chance to complete their qualification requirements while gaining practical experience in the field. This initiative will also serve as a bridge to the Management Trainee Programme and fulfill the criteria for internal technical roles.
Internship Development Programme: Food Technology / Quality Assurance
Minimum requirements:
- A relevant Diploma, Btech, in Food Technolgy / Quality Assurance
- Must reside in Worcester and be a South African citizen or a permanent resident of South Africa.
- Demonstrated strong academic results, particularly in major subjects, during the 2nd year of study at
- Atleast 60% and above average.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word, is required.
- Must be willing to join a 12-month contract with the business

- A Diploma, Btech in Logistics, Operations Management , Supply Chain or any Procurement relevant qualification.
- Must reside in Worcester and be a South African citizen or a permanent resident of South Africa.
- Demonstrated strong academic results, particularly in major subjects, during the 2nd year of study at
- Atleast 60% and above average.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word, is required.
- Must be willing to join a 12-month contract with the business

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word, is required.
