2026 YES Programme Now Open: Build Your Career with NMI

NMI invites ambitious young South Africans to apply for the 2026 YES Programme, a dynamic initiative designed to empower graduates with practical work experience. The programme offers opportunities across several fields, including Information Technology, Sales and Digital Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Administration, Operations, and Finance & Insurance. A technical pathway is also available for individuals passionate about motor mechanics, particularly those with Grade 12 (pure Maths and Physical Science), a technical matric, or an N2 qualification with motor or diesel trade theory.

Duration: 01 April 2026 – 31 March 2027 (12 months)

The initiative aims to support unemployed Black South African citizens residing in NMI operational regions, providing a full year of meaningful, hands-on learning from 01 April 2026 to 31 March 2027. Applicants must be unemployed Black South African citizens who reside within NMI’s operational regions and are available for full-time participation from 01 April 2026 to 31 March 2027.
